WARRANTY

Limited Warranty: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please fill out the contact form here. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos. If the product is found to be defective under this warranty, Shadow Equipment will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Shadow Equipment for warranty service. Shadow Equipment will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

Limitation of Liability: Shadow Equipment shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
